Do you want to sponsor our app?

We're looking for education, government, industry, comedy and translation partners to help Vernaculator reach as many kids as possible. You interested?

Help it reach every kid

Vernaculator is a fun vocabulary tool for classrooms: kids grow their vocabulary, learn the many ways people say the same thing, and get to understand each other. We want it in front of as many kids as possible, for free. Schools, school districts, education foundations, government programs and companies can sponsor it: pay for voices and classroom features so students and teachers can use them at no cost, or back a school, a district or a whole region.

Give every kid the real voices

In a world of abundance, no kid should get a lesser experience because their family can't afford tokens. Today, kids who can buy tokens hear the real character voices, and kids who can't get a basic free voice. Sponsors can close that gap. Your sponsorship pays for the real voices for every kid who can't afford them, and the button they tap says thank you: "Real voices today, thanks to you."

The spot

Vernaculator has one sponsor banner, and only one. It sits near the top of the app for everyone using the free version on the web, labeled "Our sponsor", with one line about you and a link to your site. No rotating ads, no clutter: just you.

Who sees it

People who love words: students and teachers, parents decoding what their kids say, word lovers digging into where words came from, and folks making animated talking memes to share with friends, in 11 languages.

Who we're looking for

Education partners: schools, districts, education foundations, edtech companies, libraries and literacy groups.

Government partners: education departments and public programs for literacy, language and youth.

Industry partners: companies that want to give back to kids and schools, and family-friendly brands.

Comedy and language partners: comedy clubs, comedians, podcasts, language learning, tutoring and translation services, or anything with the same fun, talk-like-a-local spirit.
